What if I decide I don’t like the product after it arrives?

We think you will love our products, but if you’re unhappy, you can return the item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Any refund will not include our delivery costs.

Please notify us via phone (01978 660880) or email (sensational.deals.ltd@gmail.com) that you would like to return the order. Depending on the goods concerned, we can either arrange for it to be collected by our delivery partners or you can return the item(s) to us yourself.

We will refund you the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for all Delivery/Collection costs. We will clearly communicate such Delivery/Collection costs to you before approving the Return.

What if I am sent the wrong item, or my item is damaged when it arrives?

Our team thoroughly check your products before they are dispatched to you in order to ensure it is up to our exacting standards, so errors and damage is rare.

It is also important that you visually inspect your product upon delivery, as our Delivery Partners will ask you to sign a form confirming that it appeared to be in good condition when you received it. If the packaging appears damaged in transit, let our delivery partner know and note this on the form and then contact us. 

If we have inadvertently sent you an incorrect item, please contact us and we will quickly arrange for a Delivery/Exchange at our cost.

If an item has damage or missing part(s), please contact us and we will send out any missing part(s) or replacement parts at our cost. In the event of Damage in Transit, we may request that you send us some photos of the damage so that we may reclaim from our Delivery Partners.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you change your mind, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched. Simply contact us sensational.deals.ltd@gmail.com or 01978 660880 and we will cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Any cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery via a refusal of delivery. In such cases, we will refund you the cost of the item, but will deduct any Delivery/ Return costs incurred by us.

How long will my refund take?

For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. We will process any refunds due as soon as an item is returned back to us - the exact time taken to refund your money will thereafter depend upon your Bank/Card Provider.
