At Sensational Deals, we offer a professional delivery direct to your door using renowned Nationwide UK couriers.
How Long do I wait for Delivery?
We stock all of our items in our own UK warehouse and every order is processed within 1 working day of being received. For smaller items , we use a Nationwide Next Day Courier such as Parcelforce / Yodel or UPS. These order should be delivered to you within 2 working days.
For larger and heavier items , we use a Specialist 2-Man Courier who will contact you directly to pre-book your delivery. This way, you will know exactly when your order is coming (even down to an AM or PM delivery slot) and can plan accordingly. Delivery with a 2-Man courier takes a little longer , but you should receive a contact from the courier within 3 working days of placing your order.

Do you offer free delivery?
Every order to a UK Mainland address is delivered FREE. Some surcharges do apply to certain remote locations (see below for more details).
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver throughout the UK mainland as standard. However delivery to remote regions will be subject to a surcharge.
Definition of Remote Regions : All Offshore Islands , Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands (postcodes - AB , DG , KW1-14 , IV , PA20-40 , PH15+ , PO30-41)
If you live within these areas , please call our Customer Service Team for a quote to remote locations before making your purchase.
Please allow a little extra time for delivery to these locations.
If I order more than one item, will they be delivered at the same time?
Sensational Deals uses various couriers for different products, therefore, orders carrying multiple purchases may be delivered separately.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email, please call the customer service team on 01978 660880.
If your items have already been dispatched, unfortunately , changing your delivery address is not possible, and you will be charged for re-arranging redelivery.
What happens if I am out when the courier attempts to deliver?
If you are out when our delivery partner arrives with your items, they will leave a card with your unique item reference number, so you can then arrange a redelivery directly with them.
Our delivery partner will contact you beforehand to arrange a delivery date and time frame. You have the option to request a date/time that is most convenient for you. If you are not at home at the agreed time, your item will be returned to the warehouse. We will be able to arrange re-delivery, but this will incur an extra delivery cost.

What if I want to return my item(s)?
If you have rejected your order it at the point of delivery then no problem - the refused delivery will be returned to our warehouse.
Once you have accepted the delivery, it is your responsibility to return the goods back to us. See our returns and refunds section for more information.
